How do I love myself?
I listen. I respond. Always tuning into the alignment of body, soul, mind and spirit. With lots of grace and patience for all parts of my being. This takes trial and error. Not every day feels like bliss; but it is sacred.
My constant reminder and encourager for this process is nature; the sacred mother. She is quietly listening/speaking and patiently ready for my inner-action.
I am nature. I am life. I am whole. I am love.
I know we have the power within to heal our cells; on every dimension. But so often we are so disconnected from our being to the point that we have lost touch with what our heart, mind, body and soul (in every dimension) are communicating with us. This is where you and I go together - On a journey of exploring the heart, untangling trauma, to live from a place of love, facilitated by nature and her loving embrace; until we move beyond into bliss. Where our heart is released from pain, shame, guilt and fear and love flows freely through to all your cells.
To me: your wholeness and vibrancy is my wholeness and my vibrancy and that of your families and mine, and that of your communities and mine, and that of your biosphere and mine; the wholeness and vibrancy of the earth; yours and mine.

I recognize the past generations and peoples of the Tsalaguwetiyi (Cherokee), Mvskoke (Muscogee/Creek), and S’atsoyaha (Yuchi) and all those who tended this land with love before us. We believe that communion with all of life, earth (fawn and flora) and peoples (past/present/future) is a sacred component to thriving in all times and dimensions.
